At Oddah, we believe that technology should be a sanctuary for connection and intentional love. To maintain a secure and nurturing environment for our couples, we enforce strict standards regarding the content shared within our platform.
1. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Editorial (CSAE)
Oddah and its developer, George Chakama, maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse Editorial (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), and any content that exploits or endangers minors.
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- The creation, uploading, sharing, or storage of any imagery, text, or media depicting the sexual exploitation of children.
- Any behavior that facilitates the grooming, harm, or endangerment of minors.
Any account found to be engaging in these activities will be permanently banned, and we will fulfill our legal obligation to report such instances to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies.
2. Prohibited Content & Conduct
While Oddah is a private space for partners, all users must adhere to the following safety guidelines:
Illegal Acts
Using Oddah to coordinate or document illegal activities is prohibited.
Non-Consensual Content
You may not share intimate imagery of any third party without their explicit consent.
Harassment
While our app is designed for couples, using our communication tools (Letters, Notes, Prompted Starters) to harass or abuse a partner is a violation of our mission.
3. Reporting and Enforcement
We empower our community to help keep Oddah safe. If you encounter any content that violates these Child Safety Standards or our Terms of Service:
In-App Reporting
Use the "Report" function within shared modules or letters.
Email Support
Contact our safety team immediately at gtchakama@gmail.com.
Our team reviews all reports within 24–48 hours. We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or cooperate with legal authorities to ensure the safety of our global community.
4. Our Commitment
Oddah was built by George and Kamohelo to foster deep, intentional connection. We are committed to ensuring that our platform remains a tool for growth and intimacy, free from the presence of harmful or illegal content.
This policy applies to all features of the Oddah platform, including the Shared Calendar, Digital Love Letters, and Mood Journals.
